Use Anthem’s geography to define the intake question—not to guess demand
Anthem is a census-designated place in Maricopa County, Arizona. A population estimate can help a firm describe the service area it intends to serve, but it cannot tell you how many people will contact the firm, which practice areas they need, or whether additional intake coverage is warranted. Those decisions should come from the firm’s own conversations and matter records. Intake Coach can support that review by providing a call-level view of what callers asked for, what information was captured, and what the intake representative did next.
Recommended approach
Before changing staffing or advertising, separate Anthem calls from other service areas in the firm’s own records where that distinction is available. Review whether the calls are being classified consistently, whether jurisdiction and case type are confirmed, and whether the next step is assigned. Treat the Census geography as service-area context, not as a forecast.
