Start with the inquiry journey, not a guessed source
A person may visit a page, leave, return through another channel and then call. A handwritten source field may record only what the person remembers. Bosseo’s Lead Attribution page describes a journey record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, with intake answers attached when the person submits intake or calls. That distinction matters for a Gateway firm serving people in the community and elsewhere in Alaska: the Gateway place designation and its relationship to Matanuska-Susitna Borough identify geography, but they do not explain how an individual found your firm.
Recommended approach
Ask to see how a specific inquiry would be represented from first visit through contact. Review whether the record preserves the initial source, later visits and the page associated with the conversion. Do not treat the Gateway population estimate as a forecast of inquiries; use your own attributed records to learn which journeys actually occur.
