1. Start with Badger’s actual geographic scope
Badger is recorded as a census-designated place in Alaska, with a county relationship to Fairbanks North Star Borough. That distinction matters when you assess attribution. A Badger inquiry is not automatically an inquiry from the entire borough, the wider metropolitan area or Alaska. Your reporting should preserve the geographic information your firm actually collects and avoid treating a place name as proof of residence, legal need or eligibility. Bosseo’s Lead Attribution page describes journey-level records that include the source channel, referrer, landing page, device and intake answers. Those fields can help your team examine where inquiries associated with your service area entered the process. They do not establish that a particular geographic segment will produce cases. Recommendation: decide which geographic details your intake process may lawfully and practically record, then review Badger separately from Fairbanks North Star Borough and other service areas where those distinctions matter.
Recommended approach
Ask during consultation how geographic information can be reviewed alongside source and outcome data without turning the Badger population estimate into a demand forecast.
