Start with the Valley service area, not a population assumption
Valley’s geographic relationship is specific: it is a city in Chambers County, Alabama. That helps define which inquiries and service-area questions your intake process should handle. It does not show how many people are searching, which practice areas are competitive, or how many matters your firm can accept. Your automation review should therefore use your actual inquiry records, contact channels and service rules rather than treating the city’s population as a forecast.
Recommended approach
List the locations your firm serves, the matters it accepts and the inquiries it cannot take. Then decide what information an automated response may acknowledge and what must go to a person. Keep Valley and Chambers County references accurate wherever location affects routing or qualification.
