1. Define the geography before reading the numbers
A local report can become misleading when “Tuskegee,” “Macon County,” Alabama and a firm’s wider service area are treated as interchangeable. The Census identifies Tuskegee city as a municipality in Macon County. It does not say how many people search for legal services, where prospective clients live, or which matters a firm should accept. The dashboard page describes city and case-type data as decision inputs. During evaluation, ask whether a location label represents a search target, a caller’s stated location, a landing-page area or another definition.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic definitions your firm will use for reporting. Separate Tuskegee city from Macon County and from any broader Alabama coverage. Ask Bosseo to show how those definitions would appear in the dashboard and how you would avoid combining unlike areas in one conclusion.
