1. Set the geographic definition before reviewing performance
The Census record identifies Tillmans Corner as a census-designated place in Mobile County, Alabama. A dashboard should not silently treat the CDP, the county, a metropolitan area and Alabama as interchangeable. Those are different geographic scopes. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard text says it can show tracked service-and-city targets, city data and which cities produce calls. Before relying on a local view, ask which geography each ranking, call, lead and matter represents. A Tillmans Corner target may not mean the same thing as a Mobile County target, and neither automatically represents the whole state.
Recommended approach
Write the geographic definitions into the review criteria. Ask Bosseo to identify how a Tillmans Corner service target would be named, how nearby or broader locations would be separated, and how a caller’s location would be represented. Use the population estimate only to explain why geographic precision matters; do not use it as a forecast of demand or case volume.
