1. Set the geography before you interpret the dashboard
A local ROI view can become misleading when a firm treats Tallassee, Elmore County, Tallapoosa County and a wider Alabama service area as interchangeable. They are not the same geographic scope. The Census record identifies Tallassee city as a municipality and records relationships with Elmore County and Tallapoosa County; it does not establish where prospective clients search, call from or retain counsel. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its ranking coverage can include service-and-city targets and that the dashboard can show city data. That makes geographic definitions a first-order implementation question.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to document each tracked location and the rule used to assign a call, form or matter to it. Decide whether Tallassee is a standalone target, part of a county-level view or one element of a broader Alabama program. Require the dashboard review to distinguish the location named in a marketing target from the caller’s actual location and from the jurisdiction relevant to a matter.
