What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law-firm website. Visitors answer questions one at a time, with paths organized around practice areas and qualification considerations such as case type, urgency and fit.
Is Video Intake a replacement for an attorney?+
No. It is an intake and qualification experience. Your firm remains responsible for reviewing information, deciding whether to respond, communicating appropriate boundaries and determining whether attorney attention is needed.
Can the intake ask about Sheffield or Colbert County?+
A proposed flow can be reviewed for location questions, but your firm must decide which locations matter and what each answer should do. The Census record identifies Sheffield as a municipality in Colbert County; it does not define your client-acceptance rules.
Can we use different questions for different practice areas?+
Bosseo’s public Video Intake description says each practice area can have its own question path. During a consultation, review which paths, questions and qualification rules are appropriate for your firm.
Where does a completed intake go?+
Bosseo’s public page says completed inquiries can be delivered with answers attached and describes delivery, routing and follow-up within its ecosystem. Ask for the specific destination and workflow proposed for your firm rather than assuming a particular inbox, CRM or case-management connection.
How should we judge whether it is working?+
Start with measures your firm can define and review: completed intakes, service-area fit, practice-area fit, review status, scheduled next steps and downstream matter outcomes where appropriate. No population estimate or automation claim proves demand, lead volume or revenue.
