1. Start with the calls your Roanoke practice actually receives
Roanoke’s recorded population and its relationship to Randolph County provide geographic context, but they do not tell you how many people call your firm, where callers are located, or which matters are appropriate. A firm may serve Roanoke, other parts of Randolph County, or a wider Alabama territory. Intake Coach should therefore be assessed against your existing call flow and service area rather than a population-based assumption. Bosseo states that every intake call is captured, recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed. The page also says the system can review calls answered by a firm’s team or by its AI answering system.
Recommended approach
Bring a clear description of the geographic scope you intend to serve: Roanoke, Randolph County, Alabama, or another defined area. Then identify the call types you want reviewed and the decisions a caller should reach after each one. Ask Bosseo to show how those distinctions would appear in the coaching review. Do not treat the city estimate as a forecast of calls, cases, or revenue.
