1. Turn an Oxford visitor’s uncertainty into a structured first step
Bosseo describes Video Intake as a guided survey that lives on a law firm’s website. Visitors answer one question at a time through video rather than starting with a blank contact form. For an Oxford firm, the first design decision is geographic clarity: decide whether the experience is intended for people in Oxford city, people whose matters relate to Calhoun County or Talladega County, or a broader Alabama audience. The Census record identifies Oxford as a municipality and records both county relationships, but it does not show where prospective clients come from or what legal problems they have.
Recommended approach
Review the opening language, location questions and practice-area choices with your team. Keep the geography accurate and ask only for information that affects the next response. Treat the Oxford and county relationships as routing considerations, not evidence that a particular matter type or audience will convert.
