1. Match the intake path to Montgomery’s actual service area
The public Census record identifies Montgomery city and its relationship to Montgomery County. It does not establish that every visitor will come from the city, the county, or any other part of Alabama. That distinction matters when a firm serves a defined practice area, accepts matters outside Montgomery, or needs to separate location questions from case qualification. Bosseo describes CLIONT as a website-based guided survey with a question path for each case type and routing by case type and location in its public page text.
Recommended approach
Before adopting the product, write the geographic rule the firm wants the intake to apply: Montgomery only, Montgomery County, a broader Alabama service area, or another defined boundary. Ask how that rule would appear to visitors, how a location answer would be delivered to the team, and what happens when an inquiry falls outside the firm’s scope.
