What does Lead Attribution show for a prospective client?+
Bosseo describes a journey record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, with intake answers attached when the person contacts the firm. The described record can continue through consultation and signed-case outcomes when those stages are tracked.
Can the review distinguish McCalla from Jefferson County?+
The consultation should establish how geographic information will be represented and separated. McCalla is a CDP recorded in Jefferson County, but the Census population estimate does not identify legal demand or lead volume. Ask how the firm’s own location data will be used.
Does attribution include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public description says calls can join the same journey record, connecting call information and case-type information with the web journey that produced the call. Ask which call fields will be available for your firm and how incomplete records are handled.
Will the service tell me which channel produces signed cases?+
Bosseo describes outcome tracking through consultation and signed case, plus channel and page roll-ups. Your firm must record the relevant outcomes, and the resulting data should be reviewed rather than treated as a guaranteed forecast.
How is this different from an aggregate traffic report?+
The described Lead Attribution view is intended to connect an individual journey with a lead’s intake information and later outcome. An aggregate traffic report does not, by itself, answer which specific journey became a qualified inquiry or signed case.
Do I need to assume McCalla has a particular legal need or search pattern?+
No. The Census record provides a population estimate and county relationship only. It cannot prove demand, competition, search volume, language preference, legal need, lead volume or revenue. Use actual firm records and clearly defined geographic reporting instead.
