1. Define the geographic question before reviewing a lead
Calera’s recorded county relationships are Chilton County and Shelby County. A location label by itself may therefore be too broad for a useful marketing decision. A lead may identify Calera as the place they live, while the matter, court, service area, or referring source involves a wider part of Alabama. Lead Attribution’s public description includes the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail, and intake answers in one lead record. That combination gives you a basis for reviewing what the person actually submitted or discussed rather than treating the city name as a complete explanation.
Recommended approach
Ask during a consultation whether the proposed review can preserve the distinctions your firm needs: Calera city, county relationship, service category, and intake qualification. Decide which geographic facts belong in your own intake record. Do not use the ACS population estimate to forecast inquiries or assume that a particular practice area has demand.
