1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies Attalla as a municipality in Etowah County. That distinction matters when you review a dashboard. An Attalla keyword, an Etowah County inquiry, and a call from another Alabama location are not automatically the same market. A useful view should let your firm examine the geographic labels applied to rankings, leads, calls and matters rather than treating every nearby contact as an Attalla result. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says its reporting can show case-type and city data, but the consultation should establish how those labels are defined for your account.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to explain which location fields appear in the dashboard, how a city is assigned to an inquiry, and how your team can review records that do not have a reliable location. Do not use Attalla’s population estimate as a forecast. Use it only to keep the local scope precise while you decide which cities and county relationships belong in your reporting.
