1. Define Arab coverage without overstating the market
Arab is a municipality, and the Census record associates it with Cullman County and Marshall County. Those are geographic relationships, not evidence that every resident is a prospective client or that a campaign will produce matters in either county. For an Arab firm, the first dashboard question is therefore how location should be represented: Arab city, county coverage, Alabama-wide visibility, or another service area selected by the firm. Bosseo’s public product text describes city data, service-and-city targets, and questions about which cities produce calls. That supports a review of geographic definitions; it does not support a forecast of demand or results.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how the dashboard would distinguish Arab from Cullman County, Marshall County, and broader Alabama coverage. Agree on the geographic labels that should appear beside rankings, calls, leads, and matters so a county relationship is not mistaken for a measured client origin.
