A brand new update titled “Voice AI Data x Workflows” has been rolled out, introducing the much-awaited feature for accessing and integrating Voice AI data into users’ workflows. This fantastic addition lets you effortlessly enter Voice AI call specifics like call length, synopsis, and record directly into your workflows. For all the users aiming to streamline their operations and enrich their workflows with insightful AI data, this feature holds immense promise.

Activating the Feature

Activating this exciting feature is simple. Navigate to the Agency View, go to Settings, and then AI Employee to turn on the Voice AI Agent feature for your desired sub-account. Once the feature is enabled, go to Settings, then Voice AI Agents within the chosen sub-account to add a new agent. Fill in necessary fields such as Agent Name, Business Name, Language, and Voice. Set the Interaction Type to Inbound Calls, and then enable “Trigger workflow when a call is completed” to link the agent with a workflow. Phone number assignment to the AI agent wraps up the setup process. Whenever this number is called, the Voice AI agent, based on how it’s configured, will either answer the call immediately or step in if the recipient doesn’t answer.
