At Bosseo CRM, we’re excited to unveil our latest enhancement for sub account dashboards: improved notification banners and alerts. These upgrades are tailored to improve the user experience across Agency and Location levels, tackling feedback about repetitive and non-removable alerts. The design overhaul not only enhances aesthetics but also sets the stage for future features like snoozing capabilities, detailed alerts, and more, based on your valuable input.
What’s New?
Modern Design:
The notification UI has undergone a redesign to align with our updated visual style. The result is a more vibrant, cohesive experience that enriches user interaction.
Sidebar Section:
We’ve incorporated an easily accessible sidebar for managing unread and read alerts, streamlining organization and navigation within the dashboard.
Visual Categorization:
Alerts are color-coded, allowing users to prioritize effectively: red for critical alerts, yellow for warnings/information, and blue for general or promotional alerts.
Optimized Behavior:
Notification timing has been refined, minimizing distractions by ensuring alerts appear only when relevant.
How to Enable Enhanced Notifications:
- Navigate to the Agency View > Agency Settings > Labs.
- Toggle on “Enhanced Notification and Alerts” for the upgraded UI experience.
