Introducing New Filtering Experience in Sub-Account Settings

We are excited to announce an update to Bosseo CRM with the introduction of the New Filtering Experience in Sub-Account Settings. This enhancement is tailored to simplify the process of managing sub-accounts under the Phone Integration in the Agency view. Recognizing the importance of precision, especially when handling numerous accounts, our improved Filters panel provides the agility needed for seamless management migrations, auditing compliance, and verifying phone capabilities across various accounts efficiently.

Filters Panel UI

A Closer Look at the Filters Panel UI

The newly introduced Filters Panel UI is easily accessible via the “Filter” button located at the top right corner of the sub-account list. To provide you with a comprehensive perspective, all filters are selected by default upon opening. This allows for an initial broad view, perfect for granular management. The Filters include a variety of criteria allowing detailed specification such as Telephony System (Native Phone System, Twilio, None/Third Party), Phone Rebilling (specific for $297 and $497 plans – Enabled/Disabled), Number Intelligence (Enabled/Disabled), Messaging Ramp (Yes/No), Have Phone Numbers (Yes/No), and A2P Verified (Yes/No).

Clear & Multi-Select Support

For ease of use, all filters can be cleared with a single click, or multiple filters can be selected simultaneously to narrow down results instantly. This flexibility ensures that your account management remains efficient, accurate, and stress-free.

Enhanced Visibility with Real-Time Updates

The update to the Filters Panel also brings in a refreshed table view. The filtered list dynamically updates in real-time and consistently displays key sub-account settings like Number Intelligence, Rebilling, and Telephony System details, ensuring that you always have the most relevant data at your fingertips.

Why It Matters

This new filtering capability in Bosseo CRM significantly enhances the way agencies and businesses manage sub-accounts. Key benefits include:

  • Quickly identifying sub-accounts that match specific technology or compliance setups.
  • Reducing time spent on audits, phone number management, and migrations.
  • Improving accuracy when switching providers or verifying feature coverage.

Use Cases Across Industries

Home Improvement

In the home improvement industry, managing multiple locations and coordinating with various teams can be challenging. The new Filters Panel offers home improvement agencies the ability to quickly identify which locations have active telephony systems, aiding in streamlined communications and project management. This focus on telephony systems allows efficient coordination between teams ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Law Firms

For law firms, maintaining compliance is paramount. The ability to filter sub-accounts based on whether Number Intelligence and A2P verification is enabled makes it easier to audit these compliance areas regularly. This feature is particularly beneficial for ensuring all communication lines adhere to legal standards, providing peace of mind to legal practitioners and their clients.

Medical Practices

Medical practices often handle sensitive data and require robust communication systems. With the enhanced filtering experience, medical facilities can efficiently manage sub-accounts to ensure that all telecommunication features meet health regulations and standards. The ability to check features like Messaging Ramp and Phone Rebilling at a glance is invaluable for maintaining operational excellence.

We believe that this New Filtering Experience will significantly empower your team’s efficiency and accuracy in managing sub-account settings, ultimately enhancing your business operations in Bosseo CRM. As always, your feedback is invaluable, and we look forward to continuing to improve our services for you.
