Dynamic pricing is seamlessly integrated through the existing Create Wallet Charge API, now featuring a ‘price’ request parameter. This parameter allows developers the liberty to set per-unit pricing dynamically at the time of charge. This flexibility is particularly useful for services like SMS, where pricing can differ based on destination.
For agencies, this feature also allows adding a flat per-unit markup while reselling the app’s services. Thus, if an SMS base price is $1.00 in the UK and $1.50 in France, agencies can add a markup, charging sub-accounts accordingly.

1. Configure your billing meters by navigating to App → Pricing → Billing Meters.
2. Create or edit a meter with a Custom Event (API) module type.
3. Set the Price Type to Dynamic, specify min/max prices, and add a Pricing Page URL for transparency.
4. Save changes to start using this flexible billing option.

Agencies can modify the pricing visible to sub-accounts by setting a flat per-unit markup. While end-users see the price range, the detailed Pricing Page URL remains visible only to agency admins to maintain price clarity.
