Our latest update enables you to opt-out of automatic review requests—a feature that empowers you to decide how and when to request reviews from your clients.
What’s New?
Opt-Out of Automatic Review Requests
Our users can now easily opt-out of sending automatic review requests triggered when an invoice balance hits zero. This feature ensures that you have total control over when and how review requests reach your customers.
How to Use this Feature
– Open **Settings** in your Bosseo sub-account.
– Navigate to **Integrations** and select **QuickBooks Integration**.
– Uncheck **Send Review Request to Contacts** to turn off automatic review requests.
Why This Feature Was Developed
The ability to opt-out of automatic review requests has been one of our most requested features, driven by direct user feedback through support and social channels. Previously, users had no control over this setting, which sometimes resulted in unsolicited review requests being sent post-transaction.
