We’re introducing the ability to pause specific workflows, or even all workflows, within a chosen date range. Moreover, you can mark these date ranges as “Annually,” enabling your workflows to pause automatically on the same dates every year. This feature not only offers a convenient method to manage planned interruptions but also imparts a more strategic approach to workflow management.
How it Works
A new section titled Pause Workflow has been included in the Global Workflow Settings, allowing users to add up to 15 date ranges. Users have the option to select multiple or all workflows to pause, with paused workflows behaving the same as when they are in a “Draft” state. Each workflow’s builder settings will display pause details to streamline tracking and management.
Steps to Utilize This Feature:
– Navigate to Global Workflow Settings.
– Select “Start Date” and “End Date”.
– Choose the workflows you wish to pause. Options include “All” or specific workflows.
