Previously, the names were automatically generated based on a standard naming convention, but now you have complete control over how they are labeled when customers register through your HighLevel funnels. In the SaaS Configurator under the Advanced Settings and Onboarding section, you can decide to either use the Company Name – where the account will be named after the name of the business entered during the signup process, or adopt the Customer Name + “’s Account” style, the current default style which labels the account based on the name of the customers. Furthermore, if you’re using an external checkout system, you still have the ability to use the ‘Company Name’ option. To do this, you just need to ensure that your checkout sends a `companyName` value in the subscription metadata.
