At Bosseo CRM, we are elated to announce one of our latest updates, ‘Calendar Connections – Enhanced Admin Controls,’ a feature specifically designed to streamline administrative operations by empowering Account Admins, Agency Admins, and Agency Users with enhanced capabilities for managing calendar connections team-wide. This innovation allows for viewing and management of calendar connections for any staff member seamlessly from the ‘Calendar Connections’ tab. Users now have easy access to view all calendar integrations for a designated staff member, add new connections, modify existing ones, and tweak sync settings and calendar configurations.
Previously, gaining access to these features generally involved a convoluted process that required Agency Admins to be added to a location. However, we have streamlined this with our new access control update, allowing Agency Admins to access the Calendar Connections tab effortlessly—even if they aren’t tied to a specific location. This enhancement eradicates disruptions, significantly reducing the number of support tickets related to calendar management. Simply put, Agency Admins can now manage staff calendar connections freely, with no location-based restrictions.
