We are excited to introduce a new feature that now allows users to answer Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calls directly on their Deskphones. Previously, this capability was restricted to regular calls and those coming in via the “Ring All” function. This enhancement holds great promise for businesses spanning diverse industries, from home improvement and legal practices to medical offices.

Under Call & Voicemail Settings, you can modify the Default Channel for IVR settings to seamlessly integrate this upgraded functionality.
