    With our latest update, users can now enable and utilize Chat Widgets across individual Client Portal child apps. This feature facilitates instantaneous communication, paving the way for improved customer service and support experiences. A distinctive feature of this update is the ability to toggle widget visibility independently for each child app, providing complete control and flexibility for businesses and their varied operational needs.

    How It Works

    Implementing Chat Widgets into your operations is designed to be intuitive and straightforward:

    • Navigate to: Client-Portal → Settings → Chat-Widgets
    • Select your widget from the dropdown menu
    • Designate the child app(s) where you want the Chat Widget to appear
    • Click “Save Settings” to finalize the setup

    Once configured, your widget will be visible in both the Bosseo CRM application and the Client Portal application. Please note that currently, only one chat widget can be added to the Client Portal at a time, across different child apps.
