Introducing the A2P Fast Track Program at Bosseo CRM
In our ongoing commitment to enhance customer experience and streamline operations, Bosseo CRM is excited to launch the A2P (Application-to-Person) Fast Track Program. This initiative is designed to reduce the approval time for A2P campaigns from the traditional 7-10 days down to just 3 working days. This acceleration comes through strategic partnerships with Telephony Providers and The Campaign Registry (TCR), aiming to deliver a more efficient and effective onboarding process for our clients.
Effective Implementation and Billing Adjustments
Effective from November 1, 2024, the A2P Fast Track Program will automatically include all customers with new and existing sub-accounts using the Native Phone System (previously known as LC Phone). Alongside this rollout, there will be updates to the billing structure:
New Billing Category: “A2P Fastrack”
- Each campaign submission will face an automatic additional charge: $3 for sub-accounts and $2.85 for agencies per campaign to manage Fast Track processing.
- These charges are integrated into the A2P charges on the user interface to prevent confusion.
- Unlike the usual A2P Charges Phone Rebilling Markup, this category will involve a set markup of 5% for rebilling.
